Adrienne Toner

Adrienne is a Senior Legal Executive and the Manager of the Legal Executive Team at TPG’s Napier office.

Adrienne has been with TPG since 2008 and has over 30 years experience in the land transfer area, including 13 years at Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) as a Titles Officer and a Signing Officer, five years with her own business as a Legal Search Agent and Land Titles Consultant, and a further two years selling real estate as a Sales Partner.

Adrienne’s current role is the Central Region Contract Manager and Technical lead for NZTA Survey and Legalisation Contract, she is also the contact and Technical Lead for all Local Authority legalisation and other work. Additionally, Adrienne specialises in road stopping under the Public Works Act 1981 and the Local Government Act 1974 and is often the first port of call for this type of action.
