Adam Brookes

Adam is a Property Consultant at TPG’s Napier office.

Adam joined TPG in 2025 as part of our Graduate Development Programme after completing his Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University.

Adam has been primarily involved in delivering property advisory services to Territorial Local Authorities (TLAs), with a focus on land acquisition processes, cost estimation, and site selection for infrastructure and community projects. He continues to develop his skills in property consultancy, supported by senior team members.

Adam also brings prior experience in Rural Valuation through his previous role as a student intern.
