Adam Brookes

Adam is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Napier office.

Adam joined TPG in 2025 as part of our Graduate Development Programme after completing his Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University.  

In his role at TPG, Adam provides property advisory services to Territorial Local Authorities (TLAs), focusing on land acquisition processes, cost estimation, and site selection for infrastructure and community projects. He continues to develop his skills in property consultancy with the support of senior team members.

Adam also brings prior experience in Rural Valuation through his previous role as a student intern.
