Following Edgecumbe Floods - property acquisitions for Bay of Plenty Regional Council

TPG undertook the property acquisitions for Bay of Plenty Regional Council to enable improvements to the stop bank and the relocation of a road.

Working closely with Bay of Plenty Regional Council and Whakatane District Council, TPG was engaged to determine how best to utilise the balance of the land for the benefit of the community.
