Pokeno Fire Station

TPG’s Property and Planning teams played a key role in securing a site and the necessary resource consents for Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) to establish a new fire station in the Pokeno community.
TPG was involved right from the outset to help FENZ identify a suitable site to meet their operational requirements. The Planning team worked closely with FENZ, and their team of specialists, as well as Waikato District Council, to get the resource consent approved in record time.
Construction of the new fire station was completed earlier this year, with our planning team providing input throughout the construction process to ensure that the facility was completed in accordance with the approved resource consent.
