The recently completed Kensington Crossing in Kensington (Whangārei) has brought life and vibrancy to the area. The local retail centre comprises a large medical centre, Kensington Health Hub, gym and several popular food outlets.
TPG was engaged to manage the design and delivery of this former supermarket site, which had been vacant for several years, with the intent to transform it into a mixed-use development. Our role in the successful delivery of this project included management of the design consultants, main contractor, overall budget, programme delivery and tenancy coordination.
TPG provided the client with end-to-end development services, ensuring the successful delivery and full occupation of the site.
