Engaged to provide end to end development management services for the Harbourside Church $45million development in Northcote, TPG negotiated the acquisition of the development site from the Warehouse Group Limited.
As part of these services, we appointed the consultant team including architects and the construction contractor, arranged finance for the project and obtained the resource consent. Site establishment works are currently underway on the new building in Northcote.
The new building will not only include church facilities, but also a 95-place childcare facility, audio and visual production suites, a café, function spaces, and office space.
