Meet TPG's graduates for 2026
This year we've welcomed six new graduates across our Property, Planning and GIS teams, joining our expanding Graduate Development Programme.
Polly Chisholm
- Role: Property Consultant
- Location: Auckland
Polly joined TPG at the start of 2026 as part of our Graduate Development Program after completing her Bachelor of Property degree at The University of Auckland.
In her role at TPG, Polly will develop her skills within the property sector, primarily in disposals and acquisitions with the guidance from senior property consultants. Outside of work Polly loves spending time with friends and exploring new destinations.
Sam Nicholls
- Role: Property Consultant
- Location: Christchurch
Sam is Christchurch born and raised and recently completed a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University, majoring in Urban Valuation with a minor in Marketing. Before joining The Property Group, Sam spent time in commercial valuation. Outside of work, he’s into surfing and enjoys staying active in a range of sports.
Arthur Inkson
- Role: Property Consultant
- Location: Christchurch
Following completion of his Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University, Arthur remained in Christchurch, joining TPG as a Property Consultant. In addition to his future endeavours in property, Arthur loves all things sports, with a love for going outdoors with his teammates.
Kate Forrester
- Role: Property Consultant
- Location: Wellington
Originally from the Wairarapa, Kate is a Wellington based Property Consultant with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management from Lincoln University. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and trying out new baking ideas in her spare time.
Marshall Bell
- Role: Property Consultant
- Location: Auckland
Marshall started in September 2025 as part of the Graduate Development Program whilst finishing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Economics and Finance conjoint with a Bachelor of Property. He has developed his skills, being trained by Senior Property Consultants and has recently been involved in the acquisition of land for two Road of National Significance projects, being the Mill Road and Northwest Busway Projects.
Marshall is aiming to develop his property skills in both the acquisition and disposal space, utilizing all parts of his degree. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, and travelling domestically and internationally.
Keelan Findlay
- Role: Property Consultant
- Location: Auckland
Keelan joined TPG in the final quarter of 2025 as part of our Graduate Development Program after completing his Bachelor of Finance/Bachelor of Property degree at The University of Auckland.
In his role at TPG, Keelan will develop his skills within the property sector, primarily in disposals and acquisitions with the guidance from senior property consultants. In his spare time you will find Keelan fishing, surfing or camping.
