Meet TPG's graduates for 2024

In January we welcomed seven new graduates across our Property and Planning teams, joining our expanding graduate development programme.

Annabelle Sullivan

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Hamilton

Annabelle completed a Bachelor of Land and Property Management from Lincoln University and made the exciting move from Christchurch to Hamilton. As a student she worked in various customer facing roles, such as a property intern with Brooksfield Townhouses. Before that was a shepherdess!

Annabelle enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors on their family farm, skiing, and other social sports.

Mikayla Cotter

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Wellington

Mikalya completed a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University. During her time at university she was involved with a wide variety of voluntary work, as well as being a Future Leader Scholar. Mikayla was also employed as a student intern at Mackersy Property.

Mikalya enjoys camping with friends, walking and cycling in her free time.

Isabel Bayley

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Wellington

Isabel completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in International Business at Victoria University of Wellington.

Isabel was employed as a summer clerk at McVeagh Fleming, where she worked under one of the firm’s most successful partners drafting contracts, leases and agreements as well as completing some research projects.

Laura Davies

  • Role: Planning Consultant
  • Location: Wellington

Laura completed a Bachelor of Urban Planning (Honours) at the University of Auckland this year. She is excited to have relocated to Wellington from Auckland and to kick off her planning career in consultancy.

As a student Laura has been employed in a variety of customer facing roles. Laura has a keen interest in policy, sustainability, and transport.

Madison Gundry

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Christchurch

Madison completed a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University. As a student Madison has held numerous customer facing roles, and last summer was an intern at Signature Homes in Auckland. In recent years Madison has participated in a variety of community initiatives and enjoys skiing, hiking, and water sports.

Claudia Perkins

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Christchurch

Claudia completed a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University. Claudia has interned at Brooksfield Townhouses where she gained experience with building and resource consents.

In her free time, Claudia likes to keep active and play netball socially.

Nicole Burgess

  • Role: Planning Consultant
  • Location: Queenstown

Originally from Canada, Nicole has been living in New Zealand since 2019. For the past ten years Nicole has been a registered nurse and has recently chosen to pursue a career in planning.

She will complete her Post Graduate Diploma in Planning from Massy University at the end of 2024.

Additionally, a big congratulations to those who have recently progressed from our graduate development programme and are transitioning to the next phase of their careers with us. It’s great to watch our graduates grow and flourish over their time in the programme.

The success of our graduates is a testament to the collaborative effort of our team of mentors, colleagues and everyone involved in supporting our graduates.

We wish our graduates all the best as they embark on their careers with TPG, and we look forward to sharing their progress.
