Wathsala Timlin

Wathsala is a Corporate Counsel based at TPG’s Christchurch office.

Wathsala graduated from the University of Canterbury and spent six years in private practice, specialising in property and commercial law, providing advice to both corporate and private clients on all aspects of commercial property, commercial leasing, and due diligence investigations.

Since joining TPG in 2019, Wathsala has gained experience advising the Crown and local authorities in relation to the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act 1981.
