Stephen Bird

Stephen is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Palmerston North office.

Stephen is a Registered Valuer with over 30 years’ property experience in the wider central region of Palmerston North. Prior to joining TPG, Stephen held roles in general property consultancy, farm management consultancy, commercial, rural, and residential valuation, property consultancy for commercial and government clients involving acquisitions, disposals and infrastructure projects, property management, and property sales.

Stephen has been involved in a number of large scale projects at TPG, for major clients including NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) and KiwiRail.  He has formed strong relationships with these clients based on trust and successful results and this includes being seconded to NZTA on several occasions.

He is a registered valuer with experience in residential, commercial, and rural properties.
