Robyn Shephard

Robyn is a Senior Property Consultant based in our Auckland office.

Joining TPG in 2020, Robyn brings over 42 years’ experience dealing with all types of land issues, including investigating and mapping pre-treaty private land purchases from Māori, post treaty Crown and Private land purchases from Māori, accretion, erosion, reclamation (lawful and unlawful), mapping the revesting of endowment lands, tracing former owners for Public Works Act 1981 (PWA) and NZRCRA disposals.

Along with disposals for the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA), Robyn has completed a number of other disposals for Land Information New Zealand, the Tertiary Education Commission, Defence, Ministry of Education, Taranaki DHB and Department of Conservation.
