Rachel Nicholas

Rachel is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s New Plymouth office.

Rachel joined TPG in 2014 and is involved in providing property services including acquisition and disposal services in Taranaki, and throughout New Zealand. Rachel has been involved in a number of high profile projects, including acquisition and disposal of land required for several large scale infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. Rachel holds Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (Toitū Te Whenua LINZ) accredited supplier status in four categories of accreditation.

Rachel’s in-depth work with the public sector means she is well versed in the Public Works Act 1981 (PWA) and Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (Toitū Te Whenua LINZ) standards and guidelines. Rachel has developed a strong knowledge of property acquisition and disposal activities, property/ land acquisition strategy and project management. Rachel has also spent time seconded to Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, Ministry of Education and Auckland Council.
