Louise Hawthorne

Louise is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Napier office.

Louise has been with TPG for over 9 years and in this time has worked on a wide range of Projects for public and private sector clients. Projects vary from negotiating acquisitions and entry agreements for TLAs and NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA), through to disposals for Land Information New Zealand, District Health Boards and New Zealand Defence Force. Louise works closely with TLA’s in Hawkes Bay providing specific property advice on land held for a wide range of purposes, from Reserves through to land held for public works.

Louise has been leading the Central Region Disposal Programme for NZTA since July 2022, with a portfolio of approximately 30 properties spread across the Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, Manawatu and Taranaki regions. Louise is also currently the TPG lead for the Te Ahu a Turanga: Manawatū Tararua Highway Project, providing property specific advice to the project team during the construction phase of the project.

Louise’s background in project management roles brings skills in research, financial control and stakeholder liaison to her role. Louise has prior experience as a Property Advisor in Wellington that included numerous PWA assessments for disposal.
