Katie Beveridge

Katie is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Auckland Office.

Katie has experience in negotiations throughout her time at TPG, completing a number of business relocations and more complex acquisitions. Prior to joining TPG, Katie worked as a Property Valuer for a large consultancy firm, conducting valuations for a mixture of public and private organisations for Financial Reporting, Insurance, and Market purposes.

Katie has been involved in a wide variety of projects at TPG, including compensation negotiations of land required for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Roads of National Significance, managing the acquisition of KiwiRail properties for Wiri to Quay Park Third Main Line and Marsden Point, licences to occupy for temporary occupation and noise walls, and providing property advisory for many of TPG’s key clients.
