Karyn-Maree Johnson

Karyn-Maree is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Palmerston North office.

Karyn-Maree qualified as a solicitor and has a general background in property law from three years’ experience in private practice, before joining TPG in 2005. She is a Crown Accredited Supplier with over 18 years’ experience in infrastructure property consulting work.

Karyn-Maree has experience in general property consultancy and the acquisition and disposal of land for the Crown. She offers clients strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and an understanding of property within the public sector including within energy and local authority sectors.

Karyn-Maree has extensive experience in public sector land matters including the energy sector. She is involved in the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act 1981. This work involves negotiating, report and agreement preparation, investigating and determining history, ownership and land use.
