Senior Property Consultant

Glen is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG's Auckland office. Glen has spent over 16 years’ commercial and infrastructural property consulting. During this time he has proven his ability to meet deadlines and deliver key property deals for clients in both the private and public sector. Having worked on some of New Zealand’s biggest infrastructure projects, Glen has a strong aptitude for resolving complex property issues.

His expertise include assessing and reporting property costs for major infrastructure projects, evaluating acquisition strategies and forecasting of annual acquisition budgets within the Auckland region. Glen has also carried out route location and site selection analysis for network operators.

Glen has successfully negotiated the acquisition of lessee’s interest in terms of the Public Works Act 1981 (PWA), site leases for private companies, and research and investigation into the acquisition of subterranean interests in terms of the PWA. He also has carried out total business acquisitions, business relocations, restraint of trades, surrender of lessees equivalent reinstatement and section 50 agreements in terms of the PWA, community consultation for large infrastructure projects, and preparing and implementing compulsory acquisition programs for requiring authorities.

Acting as the New Zealand Transport Agency’s Disposal Manager in Auckland, he managed the New Zealand Transport Agency’s disposal portfolio and budget.
