David Everiss

David is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Auckland office.

David is a registered valuer, senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and has Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) Accreditation. David has more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, including broad urban valuation experience and residential and commercial property investment / management experience.

Since joining TPG, David has been instrumental in closing a number of delicate property deals for Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. David was the key negotiator for the Puhoi-Warkworth Project and the North Shore bus lane project. He has also been an in-house consultant for local government agencies, where he led a project team to acquire property required for a proposed private partnership motorway system. He is term leader for the Ministry of Education for acquisitions within the Auckland Region and has been actively negotiating acquisitions for Kiwi Rail for the Marsden Point rail link and the third main line Wiri. 

David has proven negotiation skills and has been instrumental in concluding a number of delicate negotiations over a broad range of property types for a combination of Crown, local government and corporate clients. He has excellent property knowledge within the Auckland region and has both the drive and ability to exceed his client’s expectations.
