Meet TPG's graduates for 2024

In January we welcomed seven new graduates across our Property and Planning teams, joining our expanding graduate development programme.

Annabelle Sullivan

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Hamilton

Annabelle has a Bachelor of Land and Property Management from Lincoln University and has made the exciting move from Christchurch to join our Hamilton team. During her studies, she worked in various customer facing roles, including as a property intern with Brooksfield Townhouses.  Annabelle enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors on their family farm, skiing, and other social sports.

Mikayla Cotter

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Wellington

Mikalya has a Bachelor of Land and Property Management from Lincoln University. During her time at university she was involved with a wide variety of voluntary work, as well as being a Future Leader Scholar. Mikayla also spent time as a student intern at Mackersy Property. She  enjoys camping with friends, walking and cycling in her free time.

Isabel Bayley

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Wellington

Isabel has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in International Business from Victoria University of Wellington. Before joining The Property Group, Isabel was employed as a summer clerk at McVeagh Fleming, where she  gained valuable experience drafting contracts, leases and agreements as well as completing some research projects.

Laura Davies

  • Role: Planning Consultant
  • Location: Wellington

Laura has a Bachelor of Urban Planning (Honours) from the University of Auckland. . She is excited to have relocated to Wellington from Auckland to kick off her planning career in consultancy. As a student, Laura was employed in a variety of customer facing roles. She has a keen interest in policy, sustainability, and transport.

Madison Gundry

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Christchurch

Maddy has a Bachelor of Land and Property Management from Lincoln University During her studies, she held numerous customer facing roles, including a summer internship with  Signature Homes in Auckland. In recent years Maddy has participated in a variety of community initiatives and enjoys skiing, hiking, and water sports.

Claudia Perkins

  • Role: Property Consultant
  • Location: Christchurch

Claudia has a Bachelor of Land and Property Management from Lincoln University. She has interned at Brooksfield Townhouses where she gained experience with building and resource consents. In her free time, Claudia likes to keep active and play netball socially.

Nicole Burgess

  • Role: Planning Consultant
  • Location: Queenstown

Originally from Canada, Nicole has been living in New Zealand since 2019. For the past ten years, Nicole has been a registered nurse and has recently chosen to pursue a career in planning. She will complete her Post Graduate Diploma in Planning from Massy University at the end of 2024.

We wish our graduates all the best as they embark on their careers with TPG, and we look forward to sharing their progress.
