Louise White

Louise is a Senior Planner based in Waikanae working part-time from TPG's Palmerston North office. With 14 years of resource management experience, Louise brings extensive knowledge across both public and private sector planning. She has a strong background in resource consent processing and planning advice, with experience delivering pragmatic and solutions-focused outcomes across a wide range of projects and environments.

Louise's expertise includes land use, subdivision, notified and non-notified consents, contaminated land consents, Notices of Requirement and Outline Plan applications. In addition to consent processing, Louise has contributed to policy and continuous improvement initiatives, including district plan reviews, plan change submissions, process improvement projects and development of planning guidance and best-practice procedures.
