Kim Anstey

Kim is a Senior Planning Consultant based at TPG’s Napier office.

Kim is involved in all aspects of planning including policy development, plan changes and preparing and processing resource consents on behalf of clients, providing policy advice for district and regional Council plan changes and undertakes due diligence.

Kim is a qualified resource management professional with over 8 years’ experience in roles for local government. She has been involved with plan change hearings for both urban development and freshwater improvement projects, drafting regulation for District Plan reviews and providing policy advice to decision makers. Kim also has experience with community and iwi consultation on contentious topics, submissions analysis and in preparing submissions for both local and central government policy proposals.
