Isabella Halligan

Isabella is a Planning Consultant based at TPG’s Palmerston North office.

Isabella has 3 years of experience as a Planning Assistant and Graduate Planner in the private sector, working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy where she has focused on preparing resource consent applications, and providing planning assessments and due diligence reports to clients. She also has experience processing resource consent applications for Local Authorities.

Isabella has coordinated client projects with councils and iwi/hapu, along with other specialists including civil engineers, surveyors, environmental scientists, landscape architects, acoustic engineers, and arborists. Isabella has prepared various resource consent applications varying from controlled to non-complying activities, with assessments under District Plans, Regional Plans, and National Planning Documents.

In her role with TPG, Isabella provides planning assessments and due diligence reports, processing resource consents for Local Authorities, preparing resource consent applications on behalf of private clients and Local Authorities, and providing district plan review and policy services.
