Non-profit organisation and animal shelter SPCA own four hectares of industrial zone land in Hornby, Christchurch. The problem was they weren’t quite sure what to do with it. They approached us to identify and assess development options for the property so that they could have a better understanding of the potential.
We undertook a feasibility review into the costs and risks of various industrial developments options. Our assessment included analysis of Resource Management issues, market analysis, and project structure.
The end product was an extensive and detailed report which clearly set out SPCA’s options with forecasts costs and risks and benefits of each, along with a recommendation.
