Water Storage - Strategic Communications Framework

The Challenge:

Our client was investigating a regionally-integrated, multipurpose water storage project and needed to develop/maintain a strong working relationship with landowners and other affected parties and be able to make decisions around acquisition of property rights over the staged development.

Our Solution:

We worked with our client to prepare a communications framework that contained a concise summary of communications; identification of risks; and an engagement strategy for the next phase of the project.

Key considerations and our client’s objectives were identified in the strategy to provide a sound basis for making property related decisions for future phases of the project.   

Outcome:

The Landowner Engagement and Property Acquisition Framework is supporting our client with progressing the next phase of their project.
