Wayne Crowley, Managing Director of The Property Group Limited (TPG) has received a Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) Fellowship at last week’s prestigious PINZ National Awards Dinner in Auckland.
The Fellowship recognises one’s significant professional standing in the industry, and includes recognition for services to the industry, and to the Institute over an extended period.
Over Wayne’s time at TPG, the team has multiplied from 48 (in 2001), to over 150 staff nationwide. Wayne has played a prominent role in developing TPG as New Zealand’s leading independent property consultancy, and is instrumental in driving the ongoing growth and achievements of the business.

Greg Ball, Founder of TPG says, “Wayne has a real entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for property and proven leadership and business management skills. Wayne is highly respected by all his peers and the New Zealand property industry – he is a thoroughly deserving recipient of a PINZ Fellowship.”
Wayne is the seventh team member at TPG to receive a PINZ Fellowship – following Greg Ball, Tim Hayward, James Puketapu, Graeme Nicholas, Dave Kent and Andrew Hopkirk.
