Some of our TPG leaders of tomorrow recently completed a one-day assessment centre as part of our Future Leaders Programme, facilitated in partnership with specialist leadership development firm - BartonRoss. The selected team members came from across our nationwide teams and were put through their paces in individual and group assessments and learning scenarios. Everyone in the group receives follow up individual coaching focused on development areas to grow their competence and confidence as a potential future leader of TPG.
The assessment day forms part of the wider six-month Future Leaders Programme, a learning and development pathway focussed on succession planning. The programme is a strong example of TPG's people-centred approach that establishes clear career paths, creates a learning environment, while challenging and empowering team members for professional growth.

The Centre kicks off the whole programme and is an intense experience for the group but, as usual, the TPG participants were a joy to work with and attacked the challenges with an equal amount of focus and fun. We're very much looking forward to working with each person to complete the programme and look forward to see what becomes of the business ideas presented on the day.”
