As at 11.59pm, Wednesday 13 May 2020, New Zealand will move into Level 2 of the COVID-19 Alert Level system. Under Alert Level 2, TPG is pleased to be able to reopen our offices from Monday 18 May. As New Zealand begins to reopen its economy, our business operations will move to the new ‘normal’, and we will once again be able to engage with suppliers, complete site visits and work from our offices where possible.
TPG’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) was reviewed and updated to comply with strict health and safety controls in accordance with the Alert Level 2 guidelines. The health and safety of our team and clients continues to be our top priority. In an effort to keep everyone safe during Alert Level 2, TPG’s key controls for work and workplaces are to keep people with COVID-19 symptoms off the premises, maintain physical distancing and enable good hygiene practices.
According to the Ministry of Health’s requirements, we will have a business contact tracing process in place. TPG will keep a daily record of all visitors to our offices and any work sites that we control. This is a process all offices are required to undertake. In addition, each of our team members will be recording their own personal movements and contacts outside of the office.
If you would like to discuss anything, please get in touch with your usual TPG contacts. We are all in this together.
