The New Plymouth District Council has just announced they are going to spend another $350,000 telling everyone that we are the second best place in the world to visit according to the Lonely Planet Guide; just in case you missed it the first time.
Well, as it turns out, we aren’t doing too badly, most of the country’s oil and gas comes out of this region and as we grow grass better than most, a lot of milk comes out of here as well. All this means that infrastructure is critically important to us; we must have good roads so our milk can be transported safely to the masses and it’s a big job looking after the many pipelines and other infrastructure in the region.
The Property Group’s New Plymouth office was set up in 2004 and since then we have been busy working within the region. There are plenty of exciting projects going on right now; not only are we working with the region’s largest gas supplier to ensure that we keep the gas going but also working with the Transport Agency and several local authorities to build brand new roads in the region.
The next few years will be an exciting time for everyone in Taranaki with big changes coming. We are delighted to be involved and to help make it happen. We are now positioning ourselves with extra resource to address the growing property needs for our clients in Taranaki and look forward to keeping the momentum going.
