Local Authority Property Association (LAPA) regional meetings

Each year, the Local Authority Property Association (LAPA) hosts a series of Regional Meetings across the country for its members who work in the field of property in local government. The regional meetings provide an excellent forum for networking, professional development and learning on a regional basis between local government and property professionals around New Zealand. The meetings this year took place in Auckland, Waikato, Feilding, Christchurch and Alexandra.

As a Platinum Sponsor, TPG has a strong relationship with LAPA and this year we presented at each regional meeting on the topic of Property Portfolio Optimisation. This highlighted how property plays a key role in achieving local government’s strategic and operational goals, optimising property portfolios to extract value potential, and enhancing resilience and sustainability in a changing and challenging environment.
