Tina Carlson-McColl

Tina is a Senior Planner based at TPG’s Nelson office.

Tina has practiced as a Planner for eight years in New Zealand and Australia in both district and regional Council authorities and in the private sector. She has experience with strategic and policy projects as well as consent processing, including notified applications. This broad experience means that she has a clear understanding of the application of effective plan provisions and is well placed to assist with both policy projects and lead or assist with a variety of other technical planning tasks.

Tina is also an experienced unitary authority consent planner with sound knowledge of the consenting framework of the Resource Management Act. She has worked for both Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council and overseen a broad range of large and complex applications in a lead capacity, including notified applications.
