Rachel Buchanan

Rachel is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Wellington office.

Rachel is a Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) accredited supplier responsible for ensuring that Crown Property transactions are undertaken in accordance with LINZ standards and guidelines. She has extensive knowledge in dealing with public and private land, having worked on numerous acquisition and disposal projects for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA).

Rachel’s acumen and skills has led to her earning a number of significant roles at TPG and now sees her appointed to the role of Key Client Representative in the NZTA acquisition contract for the Central Region. As part of this role, Rachel has been appointed by NZTA as the project lead across all service providers in managing the delivery of property acquisition for the upcoming Ōtaki to North of Levin motorway.

Rachel is also TPG’s Contract Manager for the Ministry of Education (MoE) National Easement Portfolio, where she manages workload allocation, client liaison, ensures deliverables of KPI requirements and is the key contract representative between TPG and MoE for this portfolio.
