Phil Pennycuick

Phil is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Tauranga office

Prior to joining TPG, Phil had over 30 years’ valuation experience. He is a Fellow of The Property Institute of New Zealand and New Zealand Institute of Valuers. During Phil’s property career, he has applied his valuation expertise across all facets of property, including rural, urban, horticultural, commercial, industrial and NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) property disposal work under the Public Works Act.

Through his career, Phil has developed strong leadership, mentoring and management skills. His experience in negotiation, problem identification and resolution is extensive, and his adaptable and flexible nature lends him well to manage high workloads whilst under pressure.

Being a Tauranga resident for the last 37 years ensures his local property knowledge is extensive and assists him greatly with his property projects.
