Rodger has strong leadership skills which he has honed working as a Chief Executive and Director to large organisations in the transportation, civil aviation, freight forwarding and logistics management sectors, both domestically and internationally. His independence, experience and business acumen make him a valued member of the TPG Board Table.
Rachel has a proven track record of success as a director on a number of boards and committees, as well as in her role as Business Advisory Services Partner at BDO Wellington Limited. This role involves the management of client interests from a range of sectors such as government, not-for-profit, and commercial property. She is a member of the Institute of Directors and Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and Australia. Rachel’s excellent interpersonal skills give her the ability to effectively communicate and interact with a diverse range of people, which in combination with her strong leadership skills, make her a perfect fit for the TPG Board.
Rebecca, the Regional Business Manager for the Central region, has over 18 years’ experience in the property industry. Rebecca plays a key role in developing business across the region, including key water related projects and Local Government around the country.
Greg is the founder and former Managing Director of TPG. Greg specialises in business and strategic planning, change management and project management. For the past 30 years he has provided astute property consultancy advice in New Zealand. Greg holds numerous directorships and is a Past President of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ).
Kris is a Principal Consultant at TPG, with more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Kris is the national co-manager of the Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency contracts and is key to providing property and strategic advice to projects across the country. Coupled with a background in law, Kris provides a client-focused and practical approach to governance.
As Managing Director, Wayne provides leadership in the advancement of service capabilities and delivery. Having been in the client’s shoes himself, (working at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency before TPG), Wayne has a real appreciation of client expectations. He is committed to ensuring that TPG consistently delivers what clients ask for.
