Rodger has strong leadership skills which he has honed working as a Chief Executive and Director to large organisations in the transportation, civil aviation, freight forwarding and logistics management sectors, both domestically and internationally. His independence, experience and business acumen make him a valued member of the TPG Board Table.
James has an extensive track record of success in the global real estate investment management industry, with experience in the Australasian and UK markets. From 2001 he headed the property business of Henderson Group plc and led its expansion in Europe and Asia-Pacific. In 2014 he led the establishment of TH Real Estate, initially a joint venture with TIAA of the US, now 100% TIAA owned with combined assets under management of $122 bn. James retired as Chief Executive in 2015 and was recently appointed a non-Executive Director of The Crown Estate.
Rebecca, the Regional Business Manager for the Central region, has over 16 years’ experience in the property industry. Rebecca plays a key role in developing business across the region, including key water related projects and Local Government around the country.
Greg is the founder and former Managing Director of TPG. Greg specialises in business and strategic planning, change management and project management. For the past 30 years he has provided astute property consultancy advice in New Zealand. Greg holds numerous directorships and is a Past President of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ).
Chris has been with TPG since its establishment in 1999. He is the General Manager for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty Regions and has a deep knowledge and understanding of TPG and the clients we service.
As Managing Director, Wayne provides leadership in the advancement of service capabilities and delivery. Having been in the client’s shoes himself, (working at NZ Transport Agency before TPG), Wayne has a real appreciation of client expectations. He is committed to ensuring that TPG consistently delivers what clients ask for.
